This patient lost over 75 pounds through diet and exercise and was left with excess skin of her abdomen along with unwanted fat deposits on her flanks, abdomen, and back. She desired removal of the excess skin of her abdomen through a tummy tuck along with liposuction 360 and fat transfer to her hips buttocks (BBL).
