Your Guide to Post-Brazilian Butt Lift Care

As you recover from your BBL reduction surgery, you can expect swelling, bruising, and some discomfort. Dr. Marshall will give you pain medication to help you tolerate the pain, but you should still give yourself plenty of room to be patient with yourself as your body heals. Compression garments are provided to help reduce swelling and ensure you heal properly.

Sitting is typically okay after the procedure. You may go on light walks within the first week, then gradually work your way up to light activities and return to office-based work over the following few weeks as you continue to attend follow-up appointments. After 3-4 weeks, you may resume normal physical activities and exercise as you please.
